Instructions for Notarial Services

I. Types of Notarials (please read the attachment 2)

We shall accept the following certification scopes: Company Agency Certification, Contract Certification, Certificate Certification, Birth Certificate, Data Review, Mandatory Dispatch Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Commodity Invoice Certification, Manifest Certification and other certification (attachment No.2 is the price list of certification)

II. Procedures

Regarding to the notarization of documents, it is related to three units and can be divided into three steps.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30-16:00.

Notice: Please be kindly reminded that The Consulate General of the State of Kuwait accepts Provincial/Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Companies or Individuals to submit the notarization documents.
